A guided recovery session for athletes.
This session is designed to help the body and nervous system shift out of a high-stress training state and support recovery through guided breathing and down-regulation.
The focus is on calming the nervous system, reducing unnecessary tension, and creating the conditions for recovery to happen. This is not a fitness class and not an educational workshop. It is a calm, guided session for people who train hard and need to recover well.
The session is floor based, low impact, and suitable for athletes from a range of sports, including gym-based training, endurance, hybrid training, and combat sports.
You should leave feeling calmer, more settled, and better recovered than when you arrived.
