The Oxygen Edge is a complete performance system built around how the body responds to stress, effort, and pressure.

Inside the app, you will train VO₂ max and aerobic capacity to raise your engine and improve how oxygen is taken in and used. You will also develop CO₂ tolerance, allowing you to stay composed and in control as intensity rises rather than reacting early to discomfort.

These elements are applied through structured training sessions designed to complement your existing programme, not replace it. The aim is to improve performance without forcing you to change how you already train.

Guided breathwork sessions support nervous system regulation, helping you downshift for recovery, sharpen focus before effort, or regain control under pressure.

Alongside the training, short science sessions explain how each part of the system fits together, so you understand what you are training, why it works, and how to apply it with intent.

Nothing inside the Oxygen Edge exists in isolation. Everything is connected, with one clear goal: control under pressure.

Guided Breathing Sessions

These sessions are designed to be used before training, after training, or during high-stress moments. Breathing is used deliberately to shift state, improve focus, and support recovery, while fitting into the wider performance system.

Training Club is where breathing is stress-tested.

This is applied work. VO₂ max drills, CO₂ tolerance sessions, and structured training are used to expose you to controlled discomfort and improve how you perform under load. Sessions are designed to sit alongside your existing training, not replace it.
